An opportunity has arisen for a full-time research project manager to join our team. The post offers a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.

We’re looking for someone who is customer focused and conscientious with a minimum of 2 years experience of working in a customer service/account management role. The role will involve managing recruitment only projects, delivering high quality customer service to key clients and managing recruitment suppliers.

Key duties include:

  • Prepare proposals for new projects
    • Gather costs from suppliers
    • Use experience to gauge feasibility/accuracy of supplier’s feedback.
    • Write proposal managing client’s expectations
  • Set up new projects
    • Prepare screening documents, with or without screener from client
    • Prepare schedule to record recruitment progress. Confirm quotas expected to meet
    • Commission supplier ensuring all study details and expectations are clear
    • Book viewing facilities
  • Manage projects
    • Monitor recruitment progress, keep track of quotas
    • Monitor data quality
    • Troubleshoot if progress slows
    • Keep client updated regularly
    • Confirm facility requirments with client, shipping, catering etc
    • Arrange incentives
  • Recruitment
    • Screen participants
    • Send across confirmations, make sure details clear and participants know what to expect and where to go
  • Project completion
    • Share video files
    • Compile final costs
    • Gather feedback and update supplier list, previously recruited list
  • Recruitment panel
    • Build up with new participants
    • Monitor panel size / participant breakdowns
    • Monitor effect of advertising campaigns
    • Engage current members
  • Project admin
    • Update wiki-knowledge share
    • Build topic sheets
    • Update typical answers sheet
    • Update live projects sheet
